ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission to the various courses are done as per the norms of the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.

 

HOW TO APPLY

   Total seats for UG & PG have been divided equally for merit and management quota respectively.  Applicants   seeking  merit seats shall be applied through Mahatma Gandhi University web portal. Applicants for management quota can only be applied in the prescribed form.
Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form which can be obtained from the college office or from our website. The form duly filled should be submitted to the Principal, Baselios Poulose Second College, Piramadom immediately after the publication of Higher Secondary Examination results. Incompleted forms will be rejected. Those who apply for PG courses should submit their application duly filled after the publication of UG Results.

 

WITHDRAWAL

  A Student once enrolled for a course is expected to complete the same. He/she is not allowed to withdraw from the college without informing the Principal in writing. Otherwise, he/she will be liable to pay fees for the period his/her name remains on the roll.

Fees once paid will not be refunded.

The applicant should bring the following certificates in original and two sets of attested copies at the time of admission.

1. S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet
2. Transfer Certificate
3. Conduct Certificate
4. +2 Mark Sheet
5. Two Stamp size photographs  and Two Passport size photographs
6. Degree mark sheet of UG/Provisional
7. Candidates who have passed an examination of other state Boards, other Universities and Foreign Boards should produce eligibility certificate from the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
8. Community Certificate
9. Fresh income certificate signed by the Revenue officer not less than the rank of a Deputy Tahsildar.
10. Aadhaar Card
11. Differently abled students should produce the certificate.

 

SCHOLARSHIPS

  Government scholarships are obtained based on Government order. To help the bright, hard working and poor students.

 

TO APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP

1. Attendance Certificate from the School last attended.
2. Parent's Income Certificate duly issued by the Tahsildar.
3. Salary Certificate from the employer in the current year.
4. Student's Bank A/c No.
